This Privacy Policy defines the general conditions of processing and protection of personal data of Users, which are collected in the process of ordering (buying) goods sold (sold) by the Seller and use of the Site.

The purpose of processing and storage of personal data
4.1. Surname, name, patronymic, telephone number, e-mail of the User are collected for the organization and implementation of cooperation between the User and the Seller, in particular for the execution of the Buyer's order and transfer (delivery) of goods ordered by the Buyer. Such information is stored for three years from the date of the last payment in favor of the Seller.
4.2. The User's e-mail and telephone number are collected for the exchange of information with the User, including the provision of advertising information to the User about the activities of the Seller. Such information is stored for three years from the date of the last payment in favor of the Seller. The user has the right at any time to refuse to receive SMS, e-mails with the information specified in this paragraph.
4.3. The User's address and information about the branch of the postal operator specified by the User when ordering the goods are collected for the delivery of the goods ordered by the Customer. Such information is stored for three years from the date of the last payment in favor of the Seller.
4.4. Information about cookies, the User's IP address, the User's behavior on the Site is collected to adapt marketing and advertising activities offered on the Site or third party services, and to control the general and individual activity of Users. Such information is stored for three years from the last visit to the User's Site
4.5. The Seller does not collect and process payment data of the User. Such collection and processing is carried out in accordance with the internal documents of the payment system-partner and (or) the partner bank.
User rights
5.1. The user has the right to:
5.1.1. know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data or give appropriate instructions to obtain this information to authorized persons, except as provided by law;
5.1.2. receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information on third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
5.1.3. to access their personal data;
5.1.4. receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, an answer as to whether his personal data are processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
5.1.5. make a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
5.1.6. make a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data, if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
5.1.7. to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or tarnishes the honor, dignity and business reputation of an individual ;
5.1.8. to complain about the processing of their personal data to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court;
5.1.9. apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
5.1.10. make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to the processing of their personal data during the consent;
5.1.11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
5.1.12. know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
5.1.13. to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.
5.2. The user who intends to exercise his rights under paragraph 5.1 of this Privacy Policy, sends his request to the e-mail address: mood@stickers-vanilka.com. Such request is considered by the Seller within 10 days of receipt.
Access to personal data by third parties
6.1. Personal data of Users may be transferred to third parties in the following cases:
6.1.1. with the written consent of the User;
6.1.2. in cases provided by the current legislation of Ukraine and this Privacy Policy;
6.1.3. in case of need to transfer data to partners (contractors, etc.) of the Seller in order to perform transactions (fulfillment of obligations) related to the User, including to fulfill the User's order and delivery of goods to him.

Procedure for protection of confidential information
7.1. The seller processes personal data using legal, organizational and technical measures to prevent accidental loss, destruction and (or) illegal processing, including illegal destruction or access to personal data.
7.2. Employees of the Seller and third parties engaged by the Seller for the purpose of cooperation between the Seller and the User have access to only those personal data that they need in the course of their duties.
7.3. Deletion and destruction of personal data of Users is carried out in a way that eliminates the possibility of further recovery of such personal data.
Other provisions
8.1. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Privacy Policy without notifying the User. Changes to the Policy take effect from the moment they are posted on the Site.
8.2. If any of the provisions of these Rules is declared invalid by any competent state body of Ukraine, it will not affect the validity or the possibility of fulfilling any other conditions of these Rules, which remain fully valid, unless otherwise provided by Ukrainian law.
8.3. Disputes arising between the Parties regarding the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations.
8.4. Disputes between the Parties, which are not settled by the Parties through negotiations, shall be resolved by the competent court of Ukraine under the legislation of Ukraine.
